Pump Street is an award-winning bakery in the village of Orford on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast. After mastering naturally-leavened bread, they ventured into making chocolate from beans imported directly from single estates and cooperatives around the world.
Ecuador - An delicious and pure drinking chocolate made in Suffolk from beans sourced from Hacienda Limon estate by the Guantupi River in Ecuador. Pump Street make 85% dark chocolate from the beans and then shave it into the perfect flakes for melting into warm milk. This yields a drinking chocolate with a rich flavour and silky texture and tasting notes of toffee, toasted walnut and cocoa.

Jamaica - A rich and vibrant drinking chocolate made in Suffolk from beans sourced from Desmond Jadusingh's beautiful Bachelor's Hall Estate in Jamaica - a farm dedicated to continuously improving the quality of their cacao. Pump Street makes 75% dark chocolate from the beans and then shave it into the perfect flakes for melting into warm milk. This yields a drinking chocolate with a deep flavour and silky texture and tasting notes of toasted grain, dried fruit and rum.
