After our hugely successful retreat in 2023, Lucy Small and Pascale Spall will host another eco-friendly, rural escape just over the pond (in fact a minibus will collect you from Brighton or Gatwick and take you straight there through the Euro Tunnel!).
This beautiful retreat centre in Normandy is set in 30 acres of beautiful grounds, with a spectacular lake (swim or take out the boat) and tranquil woodlands.
Reconnect: with each other, nature, yourself… through movement, meditation and the ancient practice of sitting, stitching and chatting.
Never picked up a needle before? No need to worry! Pascale Spall of Stag & Bow will guide you. Bring your favourite pieces from your mending pile and we'll get to work on them!
Plus there will be lots of lovely yoga and mediation led by Lucy Small in a gorgeous shala and tasty, healthy food to boot.
